We are located in a quiet residential side street, yet right at the heart of the lively and cosmopolitan Kemp Town area of Brighton and we aim to offer Brighton's best boutique B&B hotel accommodation.

We are a few steps from the seafront; our principal rooms offer oblique sea views, and we are within easy walking distance of major Brighton attractions such as The Royal Pavilion, The Lanes, North Laine, Brighton Pier, Brighton Marina, and The Brighton Center.

We currently do not offer breakfast, but you will find dozens of bars and restaurants a short walk on Charlotte Street and the St James's Street area of Kemp Town.

All rooms have been fully refurbished and include full en-suite shower rooms; room 3 also has a free-standing bath.

All rooms have a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, a well-stocked hospitality tray, and a mini fridge with complimentary mineral water.
