We aim to provide you with luxury, modern, clean, well-decorated, contemporary boutique-style accommodation.
All rooms have full shower en-suite facilities (Shower, toilet & washbasin), plus complimentary toiletries, a mini fridge with complimentary mineral water, a hairdryer, an iron/ironing board, and a well-stocked hospitality tray. DAB digital radio/alarm; all double rooms have an iPad.
Room 3 has a full bathroom en-suite (Shower over bath, toilet & washbasin)
Rooms 2,4,5 & 7 have TV's with Freeview.
Rooms 3,6 & 8 have internet-connected Smart TVs with movies on demand.
Room 2 - Luxury Single
Our Luxury single room is situated at the back of the house on the 1st floor, with views down to the courtyard. It has a full en-suite shower room with a heated towel rail, complete with complimentary toiletries, a well-stocked hospitality tray, mini fridge with complimentary mineral water, and a hairdryer is also included for your convenience. Although a single room, there is a 4' wide bed

Room 3 - Luxury King-Size Double
Originally the first floor sitting room, the largest room in the house and our the best! it enjoys high ceilings with original cornicing and full height bay windows that give fabulous views back to the sea. The full en-suite bathroom has a freestanding roll-top bath (shower over). The room has a fabulous king-size bedstead, quality furniture, comfy leather armchairs and a glamorous chandelier, mini fridge with complimentary mineral water, 43" Smart TV with free movies on-demand, an iPad and a DAB digital radio/alarm clock, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, well stocked hospitality tray, complimentary toiletries and use of towelling bathrobes.

On the first floor, it is a bright and sunny room. It is our smallest double en-suite but enjoys high ceilings along with a fabulous chandelier and original cornicing. The room has a standard double bed (4'6"). There is a mini fridge with complimentary mineral water, well stocked hospitality tray, 32" TV with freeview, iPad, DAB digital radio/alarm, hairdryer The room also has a full en-suite shower room complete with complimentary toiletries.

Room 5 - Luxury Double
On the second floor our luxury Double room 5 is at the back of the house (please note we do not have a lift). One of our larger front rooms which has a king-size wrought iron bedstead (5') and a full shower room en-suite. Situated on the second floor (please note, we do not have a lift), it is bright, sunny and enjoys oblique sea views from the large bay window.
