My wife and I stayed between 22/7 24/7 asa base for our weekend in Brighton to watch Carl cox on the beach. From the moment we were meted by the host (Suzie) we new we had made a great choice. Suzie was warm and friendly showed us to our rooms and got us settled in. The location is fantastic. One minute walk to the sea front. Fifteen minutes to the lanes and 25 minutes to the train station. The full English was one of the best I have ever had. The rooms had everything you needed. What a Gem of a place.
